About Us
BF Smith and Son Saddlery is Arkansas's oldest saddlery. We hand craft our own line of saddles and other leather goods, complete full saddle repairs and maintain an inventory of the finest brands in Western wear and accessories. Stacy Rutledge is a 3 time AHRA World Champion, proud mother and current heir and proprietor of the B.F. Smith and Son Saddlery which was founded over 136 years ago in 1880 by her great grandfather. What is your return policy?
BF Smith and Son's Saddlery warrants its items to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. We do not warrant against wear and tear. We will not consider any claim/claims when any of our merchandise is misused, abused or altered in any way. Reasonable care is essential with all of our products.
The return of any of our products, for any reason, must be authorized by our management.
We retain the right to carry out an inspection to determine defects in workmanship or materials on any worn product. Product not found to be defective is subject to return to customer. BF Smith and Son's Saddlery sales reps cannot authorize merchandise returns or pick product up for credit. Returns must go through management.
BF Smith and Son's Saddlery management will determine if customer will receive full or partial credit or if repair or replacement product will be sent. Replacement product will be sent as soon as possible, dependent upon availability.
